Daniel Swarilov is a London-based artist and designer working primarily with cast metal. His practice encompasses sculptural furniture, objects and jewellery produced through sand casting, lost-wax casting and direct casting processes.

Cast Aluminium & Stainless Steel
This geology was then scanned directly — preserving the memory of erosion, pressure, and time — before refining the form and working it by hand. The resulting pattern was sandcast in aluminium at one of the last remaining foundries of the Tyrol, Austria.
Its circular form isolates the terrain like a specimen or a relief — something excavated rather than designed, a collaboration between natural force and human intention, made permanent in metal.
